Part of the process after the wrapping is to record a video showing the client the actual end product. The recording is sent via text message to ensure the client is satisfied with the wrapping service. If not, I will find out what is expected and will certainly redo any request within a reasonable cost. If a client only has a couple of gifts, I will generally text several pictures of the gift(s) to ensure the customer is satisfied.
